SECURITY? When you buy at this website, feel secure. The Pay Pal shopping cart is secure, and your email or shipping addresses will NEVER be sold or shared with another source.
SHIPPING? All orders are shipped within three working days after receipt of your cleared/confirmed payment. You will always get an e-mail confirming your payment and shipment date.

PACKAGING? All orders are shipped in new secure boxes. Boxes are larger & deeper than those used in other record businesses to ensure your vinyl will be most secure and your covers will not be damaged in shipment.
In addition to shipping materials, new paper sleeves and outer plastic sleeves are used at all times. New specialty record cleaning supplies have been purchased for both vinyl and shellac (78s) so your discs will have been cleaned (when necessary) before shipment.
Insurance? All orders are insured through DSI (Discount Shipping Insurance). There are a few countries where insurance will not be issued (Mexico, middle East, Malaysia, various countries in Africa, if in doubt please contact us before purchase).
Grading? Always the strictest standards. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
VIP PROGRAM? Who is a "VERY IMPORTANT PERSON"?
YOU, the customer! All the above AND occasional free items will be thrown in for good measure at no extra cost to you. Things like pens, calculators, even a new blank CD in a super colorful container (like the one in blueberry shown below)...
Frequent return customers will be entitled to some discounts as well (you'll be notified on an individual basis about this program once you spend over $200 in a calendar year not including postage).
